About Me

Hello and welcome. Thank you for dropping by.

The online space is a huge, undefined space. Like many, I am keen to own a piece of it and explore it’s myriad possibilities.

I created the The Relentless Dad as an experiment. My goal was to review different online money making methods and share my thoughts. I provide unbiased and fact based articles that seek to inform. From there, I hope like-minded people would learn to do the same and avoid some of the mistakes I have made. I won’t lie, this blog is something I am exploring as an added income stream at the same time.

Why name your site “The Relentless Dad”

I like to try and am open to different money making methods. If you surf Youtube or any online sites, you will come across many money making ads. My goal is to review and try as many of them, and get a sense of the “universe” out there. I like to see myself as being relentless and thus the description.

In real life, I am a father, husband and a salaried employee. I take home a decent amount of pay, enough for the family, savings and some investments. We are definitely not wealthy in any sense. And for you who think you are too young or old to start, I am 38 years old this year. I spent a good amount of my life not knowing my financial compass. I squandered  every pay check on wasteful activities – late financial awakening. But some say better now then never, so here I am.

I will include as much information as possible, so you know the efficacy of some of these methods. I will also attempt to categorize each topic and map out the online making market. This market is evolving. Online ecommerce stalls were not as popular 10 years ago. Nonetheless, events like COVID has given them mainstream status. How many more such ecommerce trends will evolve to be mainstream? what methods will make the most income? Which ones are most passive? Do methods like affiliate marketing still work? Are the internet gurus out there the real deal or marketing hoax?

We are all inspired to something for a greater purpose.

My dream is to retire on a small plot of land that I own. With lush gardens in a quiet environment where I can dabble in creative pursuits. I wish to balance this by not having to worry about the financial expenses of retirement life. Small dream for some of you, but this is no easy feat considering I stay in Singapore. Land is both scarce and expensive here. This is no overstatement.

I hope this website can be a useful source of insight and information for you. I also welcome any feedback and comments you may have. Thanks again for dropping by.
